Hi, I’m Ale
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I firmly believe in the science of nutrition. The Mediterranean Diet has been studied for decades and has the research to back it up. There is something to be said for a way of eating that is consistently voted best "diet" year after year.
I also come from a large Greek family and have lived the Mediterranean way since a young age. I found a love for cooking from the time I spent watching my Yiayia in the kitchen. Though I can't say I'll ever get to that caliber of cooking, I can say these recipes are tasty, delicious and truly Mediterranean - with a healthful flair of course!
This school is my way of brining the Mediterranean way of living directly to the comfort of your own home.
